Executive & Personal Chef, Chad Carlstedt, has maintained an unparalleled passion for cooking and fine food since he was a child. Having grown up in California's wine country, the famed hot bed for culinary masterpieces, it was no surprise that Chad would choose the culinary arts as his career path.

After graduating from the California Culinary Academy in San Francisco, he gained valuable hands on experience in a wide variety of environments. It was clear early on that his passion extended beyond just cooking, but to delivering world-class service to his customers as well. Bringing his passion to life, his company, Classic Culinaire, was founded in 2007 and continues to grow each year.

As the leader of the Classic Culinaire team, Chef Chad ensures our clients enjoy the service, the experience and the amazing food that Classic Culinaire has become known for.

Chef Sean grew up moving all over the world, nurturing an appreciation and interest in cuisine as a child. After living in Korea, Italy, and the American south, Sean moved to California to attend school at the Culinary Institute of America in Napa, where he developed his love of food, hospitality, and creativity even further.

After working everywhere from farmers markets to Michelin-starred restaurants, Sean draws inspiration from the beauty of wine country – the rocky coasts with fresh seafood, the rich harvests of heirloom vegetables, artisinal meats and cheeses, and of course, anything to do do with grapevines and wine.

As part of the Classic Culinaire team, Chef Sean warmly welcomes you to California and looks forward to serving you with the best of what this beautiful land has to offer.
