Classic Culinaire understands that honoring a loved one can be very personal. During this difficult time, we are here to help you with the planning process by offering our catering services, to allow you to focus your time on what is important to you and your family. We have created three catering packages to select from.



All Packages Include: One server to set up food. Additional staff required for venue setup

 Bartender Services ~ available upon request ( minimum of 4 hour ) 

Rental Coordination Assistance ~ available as an additional service

  • Garden Green Salad
    spring mix, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, shredded carrot, shredded parmesan, balsamic vinaigrette.
  • Caesar Salad
    crisp romaine lettuce, house caesar dressing, sourdough crouton, shredded parmesan.
  • Harvest Salad
    field greens with cabernet poached pear, candied pecan, dried cranberry, gorgonzola and tuscan balsamic vinaigrette
  • Fruit Salad
    assorted seasonal fruit.

  • Grilled Turkey Pesto
    -turkey, provolone cheese, sundried tomatoes, red onion, arugula on dutch crunch roll.
  • Happy Pastures
    – sliced roast beef, gorgonzola cheese, caramelized onion, arugula, house made chimichurri sauce on soft roll.
  • Roasted Turkey Breast
    cranberry chutney, tarragon aioli, shaved red onion, arugula on soft roll.
  • Black Forrest Ham
    sharp cheddar cheese, roma tomatoes, romaine lettuce, roasted garlic aioli on soft roll.
  • Garden Grill
    grilled yellow and green squash, portobello mushroom,roasted red peppers, house made chimichurri sauce on soft roll.
  • Chicken Caesar Wrap
    grilled Mary’s chicken breast, Andy boy romaine lettuce, house caesar dressing, sourdough crouton, shaved parmesan.
  • Fiesta Chicken Wrap
    grilled Mary’s chicken, corn, black beans, pico de gallo, shredded cheese, romaine, creamy chipotle dressing.

  • Grilled Vegetable Medley
    , zucchini, squash, red bell peppers and red onion.
  • Rainbow Quinoa Salad
    cherry tomatoes, roasted butternut squash, dried tart cherries, toasted walnuts and laura chenel goat cheese
  • Jasmine Rice Pilaf
    roasted peppers and onions,toasted almonds and scallions.
  • Green Beans
    garlic, white wine, lemon zest.

  • Basil Pesto Ziti Pasta
    sun dried tomatoes, feta cheese and toasted pine nuts.
  • Pasta Primavera
    penne pasta, grilled vegetables, shaved parmesan with a sage citrus vinaigrette topped with fresh parmesan.
  • Arribbiata Farfalle
    fire roasted tomatoes, crushed red pepper, sauteed onions & roasted peppers, tossed with a spicy arribbiata sauce topped with fresh parmesan.

  • Chardonnay Marinated and Grilled Chicken Breast
    extra virgin olive oil, fresh herbs, chimichurri sauce.
  • Charred Tri Tip Steak
    rubbed with our special spice blend and topped with tangy chimichurri sauce.
  • Grilled Local Salmon
    arugula pesto sauce.
  • Dijon Encrusted Pork Tenderloin
    spiced apple chutney.
  • Stuffed Acorn Squash
    quinoa, cranberries, oyster mushroom, sage vinaigrette.
